• Lake View Studio 33 is located on the corner of the building with beautiful lake views on 2 sides. It consists of a living/bedroom with a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
• The decor is modern and attractive.
• A balcony is not present in this Studio, but this is more than made up for by a spacious balustrade with chairs and 3 double doors with beautiful views over the lake.
• The inventory consists of a double bed (2 x 80 x 200cm), a reading chair and a dining table with 2 chairs.
• The living area has light-tight curtains and ample closet space. There is cutlery, crockery and glassware.
• The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine.
• The kitchen has a 2-burner induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee/espresso machine, kettle, pans, cooking utensils. There is cutlery, crockery and glassware.
• A reserved parking space in the garage is included in the rental price. The studio is accessible from there by stairs and elevator.
• A lockable box on the ground floor is included in the rental price for bicycles or surfboards, if wanted.
• WIFI is free.
• To help you on your way upon arrival, the first necessities are available such as; salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee cups, tea bags, water, wine, detergent, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper.
• Amenities include central heating and a standing fan.
• Linen consisting of kitchen towels, 2 bath towels per person, bath mat and bed linen.

Everything in the area is easily accessible by car, bus, boat and bicycle. The bus stops in the village in front of the apartment complex. Ferries leave from Menaggio, 5 km away and take you to the villages all around the lake. If you want to explore the lake by boat, you can rent a boat in Menaggio. By bike and on foot, countless tours are possible in all different levels of difficulty. For this you can pick up routes at the tourist office in Menaggio. You will also find routes in our "House folder" in the apartment. You can rent electric mountain bikes in Lenno.

Around the apartment complex "Villaggio Lago di Como" are two small local restaurants, a butcher, a greengrocer, an organic vegetable garden, a small supermarket, a coffee bar (where bus tickets are also sold) and a cafe.
