Lake View A, Ulivo 28

• Lake View A consists of 2 floors. The living floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sitting room with patio doors to the balcony and a toilet/bathroom. The sleeping floor has a bedroom, a toilet and a roof terrace with phenomenal views over the entire lake.
• The balcony is equipped with table, chairs and a parasol. There are sun loungers on the roof terrace
• The inventory downstairs consists of a dining table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) and a chair. On the top floor is an extra long double box spring bed of 2 times 90x210, a side table with chairs and spacious wardrobes. The entire apartment is equipped with light-tight curtains. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware. There is a first aid box and a digital thermometer.
• The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a washing machine.
• The kitchen has an induction hob,  grill/microwave, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee/espresso machine, kettle, hand blender, pans and cooking utensils.
• A reserved parking space in the garage is included in the rental price. The apartment is accessible from there by elevator and stairs.
• A lockable box on the ground floor is included in the rental price for bicycles or surfboards, if wanted.
• Wi-Fi is free
• To help you on your way on arrival, the first necessities are available such as; salt, pepper, oil, coffee cups, tea bags, water, wine, detergent, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, soap, shower gel/shampoo and toilet paper.
• Amenities include satellite TV with mostly Italian channels, central heating and an upstairs fan.
• The linen consists of kitchen towels, 2 bath towels per person, a bath mat and bed linen. On request, beach towels can be provided for a fee and clean linen can be delivered in between.
• Equipment: Hairdryer (powerful), ironing board and iron, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
  

Everything in the area is easily accessible by car, bus, boat and bicycle.

The bus stops in the village in front of the apartment complex.

Ferries leave from Menaggio, 5 km away and take you to the villages all over the lake.

By boat you can explore the lake yourself. You can rent a boat in Acquaseria and Menaggio, among others.

By bike and on foot, countless tours are possible in all different levels of difficulty. You can pick up routes for this at the tourist office in Menaggio. You will also find routes in our "House folder" in the apartment. Electric mountain bikes can be rented in Dongo, among others.

Around the apartment complex "Villaggio Lago di Como" are two small local restaurants, a butcher, a greengrocer, an organic vegetable garden, a small supermarket, a coffee bar (where bus tickets are also sold) and a cafe. 

Next to the complex is a small beach where a mountain stream flows into the lake and a BBQ area with picnic tables.
